NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – 2026
Dear Members,
Please take a moment to read the first AGM 2026 package.
Following the positive experience of our recent virtual meetings, we are pleased to confirm that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will once again be held online. The strong participation and interaction we have seen through our Zoom AGMs have reinforced the benefits of this format, enabling us to respond to more questions in real time while also reducing costs for the Association. Details, including access links and instructions, will be provided in the second mailout.
The Twenty-fifth Annual General Meeting of Banff Gate Mountain Resort Association is to be held virtually on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
The preliminary itinerary for the AGM is as follows:
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Annual General Meeting (Mountain Time)
Registration will be accepted up until 12:00pm
• As there will be a large window for registering (approximately 1 week), please register early. This will enable us to address any issues that may arise ahead of time.
